Product Features:
1. Computer control system and its console: primarily composed of electrical components, a microcomputer system, instruments, pushbuttons, and other automatic and electrical control elements.
2. Negative-pressure chamber: It mainly consists of a negative-pressure mounting box, mounting fixtures, an internal illumination system, a differential pressure transmitter, and pressure-sensing tubing, among other components.
3. Variable-frequency fan and pressure-regulating system: primarily composed of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, an AC variable-frequency drive, a power supply and control board, and a brake.
4. Piping and Pulsation Pressure System: Primarily composed of 160 mm-diameter piping, pipe fittings, pneumatic pulsation valves, an air pump, and two‑position three‑way valves, among other components.
5. Specimen frame: Primarily fabricated by welding together 14# channel steel, Φ12 threaded steel bars, lifting rings, and support pivots. It is used for casting concrete specimen walls; the standard configuration includes two specimen frames, allowing one to be in use while the other is employed for preparing and curing the external thermal insulation system.
