Product Features:

1. The environmental chamber features a prefabricated structure, enabling on-site installation speeds up to five times faster, saving both time and labor. Its modular design facilitates easy relocation or repositioning of the equipment. The chamber’s enclosure is constructed from color‑steel polyurethane insulated panels produced via an imported, single‑step molding process, offering excellent heat resistance, superior corrosion resistance, dimensional stability at high temperatures, and crack‑resistance at low temperatures. Additionally, the color‑steel panels undergo multi‑layer anti‑corrosion treatment, ensuring a service life exceeding 30 years.

2. The spray nozzles are manufactured using advanced foreign technology and are made of stainless steel, offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and uniform spray distribution. The water pump, water tank, spray piping, evaporator, heater, as well as indoor fasteners such as bolts and nuts, and the evaporator support brackets are all constructed from stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

3. The lower portion of each specimen frame is equipped with four large‑span rollers, ensuring excellent stability. The rollers travel along lightweight rails, providing smooth and effortless movement. The specimen frame can rotate 360°, enabling dual‑sided preparation of exterior wall external insulation specimens and doubling testing efficiency. The frame can be locked in a horizontal position for preparing cement‑based wall specimens; after preparation, it can be rotated to the testing position, allowing a single setup to serve multiple years of use. No lifting equipment is required for handling the wall specimens, making operation both convenient and efficient.

4. Equipped with imported Emerson compressor units, the system operates smoothly and reliably; two sets of refrigeration units—one air-cooled and one water-cooled—ensure system accuracy.

5. The control system employs only top‑grade components, ensuring high quality and high‑speed operation, and featuring cutting‑edge technology.

6. Enables automated detection and control, automatically completes testing tasks, and features a user-friendly interface, making testing faster and more accurate.
