The bundled wire and cable combustion tester is an instrument used to evaluate the ability of vertically installed bundled cables or optical cables to inhibit the vertical spread of flame under specified conditions. It is an essential device for conducting bundled‑cable combustion tests on power cables, control cables, optical cables, and similar products. Product Introduction:

The wire and cable bundled‑burning tester is designed in accordance with the requirements for bundled‑burning tests specified in UL 1685 and GB 18380.3, as well as other relevant standards. It also complies with IEC 60332‑3‑10 and KS C IEC 60332‑3‑21 to ‑25 (Classes A through D). This instrument is used to evaluate the ability of vertically installed bundled cables or optical cables to inhibit the vertical spread of flame under prescribed conditions, making it an essential device for bundled‑burning tests of power cables, control cables, optical cables, and similar products. When a specified volume of gas is supplied to the chamber and a standard ignition source is employed, the apparatus can assess the vertical flame propagation along vertically mounted cables and wires. Furthermore, by adjusting the burner to a 20° angle, the tester can meet the test criteria outlined in IEEE 383 (IEEE 1202). The equipment can be optionally equipped with a heat‑release measurement interface; when paired with a gas‑analysis system, it enables the determination of thermal‑performance parameters such as HRR (heat release rate) and SPR (smoke production rate), among others.

Control system

1. PLC integrated with a large-screen touch-screen control system;

2. The system features automatic ignition and automatic timing; the timing range is 999 minutes with an accuracy of 1 second.

3. Experimental data is automatically stored and can be freely queried.

4. 40-minute and 1-hour timer reminder functions;

5. The specimen mounting frame is raised and lowered by an electric hoist.
