Description

Product Introduction:

The mainframe of the steel strand stress relaxation testing machine features a rigid four‑column or two‑column frame and is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. A lead screw adjusts the position of the tensioning head, and the loading rate can be continuously set. The system employs all‑digital closed‑loop microcomputer servo control, utilizing Panasonic servo motors and drives from Japan, coupled with high‑precision sensors, to deliver high accuracy, a wide operating range, and multifunctional servo control. It enables direct measurement of strain within the gauge length of the specimen, eliminating the influence of chuck slippage and ensuring high test precision. The horizontal steel strand relaxation tester makes full use of computer technology to pre‑set various parameters, perform automated measurements and controls, process data, generate diverse curves, and print reports. Moreover, the dedicated testing software can automatically extrapolate the relaxation rate over a 1,000‑hour period.
