Description

Product Introduction:

The mainframe of the steel strand stress relaxation testing machine features a rigid four‑column or two‑column frame and is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. A lead screw adjusts the position of the tensioning head, and the loading rate can be set continuously. Equipped with all‑digital closed‑loop microcomputer servo control, it incorporates Panasonic servo motors and drives, coupled with high‑precision sensors, to deliver high accuracy, a wide operating range, and multifunctional servo control. The system can directly measure strain within the gauge length of the specimen, eliminating the influence of chuck slippage and ensuring high test precision. The horizontal steel strand relaxation tester fully leverages computer technology to enable parameter pre‑setting, automated measurement and control, data processing, curve generation, and report printing. Moreover, the dedicated testing software can automatically extrapolate the relaxation rate over a 1,000‑hour period.
