Product Introduction:
The micro‑electro‑hydraulic servo anchor plate static compression testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing. It is a high‑precision materials testing device capable of closed‑loop control and automated testing. The system comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and auxiliary test fixtures. Its maximum test force is 5,000 kN, and its accuracy class exceeds Grade 1. This machine allows users to set loading rates in accordance with relevant national standards and meets the prescribed standard‑compliant loading rate control requirements, enabling compressive strength tests on anchor plates, concrete, and other materials under rated test forces. It features real‑time display of load, time, and test curves, along with rapid control capabilities and a function for maintaining the maximum test force.
