Description
Product Introduction:
The WEW‑type microcomputer‑controlled universal materials testing machine is driven by a hydraulic power unit and utilizes a measurement‑and‑control system for data acquisition and processing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil source (hydraulic power unit), the measurement‑and‑control system, and the testing fixtures. Its maximum test force is 1000 kN, with an accuracy class better than Class 1; a Class 0.5 option is also available upon request.
The WEW‑type microcomputer‑controlled universal materials testing machine meets the standard test requirements specified for metallic tensile testing and, in accordance with other standards, can perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear, and other types of tests on various materials and products. It is capable of determining key material properties such as tensile strength and yield strength.
This testing machine features a six-column, dual-space configuration: the space between the upper and lower crossbeams is designated for tensile testing, while the space between the lower crossbeam and the test table is for compressive testing. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower crossbeam up and down via sprockets and a leadscrew. Hydraulic‑controlled gripping jaws are mounted on both the upper and lower crossbeams; standard models are equipped with V‑shaped and flat‑type grips for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens during tensile tests. At the bottom of the lower crossbeam, a top pressure plate is provided, while the test table is fitted with a bottom pressure plate featuring a spherical surface, enabling direct compression testing.
