Product Introduction:

The WAW-DP micro‑electrohydraulic servo universal testing machine (with a single‑space push‑pull fixture) is a high‑precision materials testing device that employs a hydraulic power source, electrohydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing. It supports closed‑loop control and automated testing. The system comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. Its maximum test force is 1500 kN, and its accuracy class exceeds Grade 1.

The WAW-DP micro‑electromechanical hydraulic servo universal testing machine (with a single‑space flat‑piston clamp) meets all standard test requirements for metallic tensile testing. It can also perform tensile, compressive, shear, and cyclic tension–compression tests on various materials and products in accordance with other standards. It determines key material properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified proof stress, elastic modulus, and residual strain. The system supports closed‑loop control modes including constant‑rate loading, constant‑rate deformation, constant‑rate displacement, and constant‑rate strain, and is suitable for conducting process‑qualification and performance‑verification tests on materials and products.

This testing machine features a four‑column, single‑space configuration with the hydraulic cylinder mounted on top. The main hydraulic cylinder is a double‑acting differential cylinder, enabling bidirectional tension and compression control within a single test space. Hydraulic‑controlled parallel‑jaw grips are mounted on the upper and lower crossbeams; standard models are equipped with V‑shaped and flat‑type grips for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens during tensile testing.

The hydraulic flat‑push clamping fixture of this testing machine is equipped with high‑precision, synchronized pressure‑compensated flow control valves on all four hydraulic cylinders. These self‑regulating flow control valves ensure that each pair of clamping pistons extends in perfect synchrony, unaffected by the individual cylinder’s internal resistance. By leveraging the gripping capability of the jaws, the system can perform bidirectional zero‑crossing tension–compression tests on materials, delivering high testing efficiency and enabling repeated tension–compression cycling under high stress and large strains for rebar connections.

The design of this testing machine’s main frame takes into account the possibility of retrofitting additional fixtures to perform a wider range of tests. For example, by equipping it with a bolt‑clamping fixture, it can conduct tensile and sustained‑load tests on bolts; with a shear‑clamping fixture, it can carry out shear‑strength tests on round bars; furthermore, by adding fixtures for steel balls, anchor chains, fasteners, and other components, it can readily accommodate all required test procedures for these products.

This testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of standards including GB/T 1499.2, GB/T 228, GB/T 2611, GB/T 16826, JGJ 107-2016, and JGJ 355-2015.
