Product Introduction:
The WAW‑DL electro‑hydraulic servo universal testing machine (single‑space) is a high‑precision materials testing device that employs a hydraulic power source, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing. It supports closed‑loop control and automated testing. The system comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures, with a maximum test force of 1500 kN. The WAW‑DL electro‑hydraulic servo universal testing machine (single‑space) meets all standard test requirements for metallic tensile testing and can also perform tensile, compressive, shear, and other types of tests on various materials or products in accordance with other applicable standards. It enables the determination of key material properties, including tensile strength, yield strength, specified proof stress, and elastic modulus. The machine supports closed‑loop control modes such as constant‑rate loading, constant‑rate deformation, constant‑rate displacement, and constant‑rate strain, and can be used to conduct process‑qualification and performance‑verification tests on materials and products.
The design of this testing machine’s main frame incorporates provisions for the installation of additional fixtures, enabling a broader range of tests. For example, when fitted with a bolt‑clamping fixture, it can perform tensile and sustained‑load tests on bolts; with a shear‑clamping fixture, it can conduct shear‑strength tests on round bars. Furthermore, by equipping it with fixtures for steel balls, anchor chains, fasteners, and other components, it can carry out all required tests for these products.
