Description
Product Features:
The WAW‑type electro‑hydraulic servo universal testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro‑hydraulic servo control technology, and computer‑based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed‑loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil supply unit (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. Its maximum test force is 1000 kN, with an accuracy class better than Class 1; a Class 0.5 option is also available upon request.
The WAW‑type electrohydraulic servo universal testing machine is a highly versatile instrument that meets the requirements of various standards for metallic tensile testing. It can also perform tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests on different materials and products in accordance with other applicable standards. The machine measures key material properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, specified proof stress, and elastic modulus, and supports closed‑loop control modes including constant‑rate loading, constant‑rate deformation, constant‑rate displacement, and constant‑rate strain. Additionally, it is suitable for conducting process‑qualification and performance‑verification tests on materials and products.
This testing machine features a six-column, dual-space configuration: the space between the upper and lower crossbeams is designated for tensile testing, while the space between the lower crossbeam and the test table is reserved for compressive testing. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower crossbeam up and down via sprockets and a leadscrew. Hydraulic‑controlled gripping jaws are mounted on both the upper and lower crossbeams; standard models are equipped with V‑shaped and flat‑type grips for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens during tensile tests. At the bottom of the lower crossbeam, a top platen is provided, and the test table is fitted with a bottom platen featuring a spherical bearing, enabling direct compression testing.
This series of products is primarily used for testing the mechanical properties—such as tensile, compressive, flexural, and shear—of both metallic and non-metallic materials. The series features a bottom-mounted hydraulic cylinder, a six-column, dual-space frame structure, electrically adjustable spacing between the tension and compression chambers, and hydraulically actuated automatic grips that provide reliable and convenient clamping.
