Description

Product Introduction:

The WE‑type electro‑hydraulic universal materials testing machine is driven by a hydraulic power unit and employs intelligent measurement and control instruments for data acquisition and processing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the oil source (hydraulic power unit), the measurement and control system, and the testing fixtures, with a maximum test force of 1000 kN.

The WE‑type electrohydraulic universal materials testing machine meets the standard test requirements specified for metallic tensile testing and, in accordance with other standards, can perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear, and other types of tests on various materials and products. It is capable of determining key material properties such as tensile strength and yield strength.

This testing machine features a six‑column, dual‑space configuration: the space between the upper and lower crossbeams is designated for tensile testing, while the space between the lower crossbeam and the test table is reserved for compressive testing. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower crossbeam up and down via sprockets and a leadscrew. Standard models are equipped with V‑shaped and flat grips for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens, respectively, for tensile tests; the bottom of the lower crossbeam is fitted with an upper platen, and the test table is provided with a lower platen featuring a spherical bearing, enabling direct compression testing.

Features:

The machine’s design places great emphasis on aesthetics, convenience, and safety. For example, the up‑and‑down buttons on the manual control box offer flexible operation, while adjustments to the test space are quick and easy. The fully open wedge‑type grips ensure that clamping force increases in tandem with tensile load, providing reliable specimen holding and facilitating convenient cleaning of the grips. The test table and smooth‑bar surfaces are chrome‑plated and polished, delivering an attractive finish while offering excellent corrosion resistance. At the grip locations of the upper and lower beams, built‑in miniature hydraulic cylinders are employed; these outperform external clamping cylinders in terms of safety, reliability, service life, leak‑proof performance, aesthetic appeal, and ease of operation. The equipment is suitable for static testing of various materials, delivering high precision and excellent repeatability. It can be used in accordance with national or relevant standards to perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear, and peel tests on a wide range of materials, and it also supports strain‑based or other advanced testing methods.
