Product Introduction:
In accordance with GB/T 50123-2019 “Standard for Geotechnical Test Methods” and DL/T 5356-2006 “Test Procedure for Coarse-Grained Soils in Hydropower and Water Conservancy Projects,” the plane‑strain method with stress‑ and strain‑control is employed, making it suitable for shear testing of coarse-grained soils.
Conforming to GB/T 50123-2019 “Standard for Geotechnical Test Methods” and DL/T 5356-2006 “Test Procedures for Coarse-Grained Soils in Hydropower and Water Conservancy Projects,” this equipment is used for consolidation tests on coarse-grained soils, enabling the determination of the relationship between soil pressure and deformation, as well as the calculation of parameters such as unit settlement, compression index, rebound index, and consolidation coefficient.
Equipment Features:
1. The direct shear testing machine for coarse-grained soils adopts a frame-type design, and its direct shear shear box consists of a two-layer circular shear cell.
2. The high-pressure oil‑source pump station supplies the loading force, and a dedicated electro‑hydraulic proportional valve together with an accumulator ensures stable pressure; therefore, this system is energy‑efficient and does not require a cooling system.
3. This equipment features microcomputer‑based automatic control; both vertical load and horizontal thrust are measured using load cells, while vertical settlement and horizontal shear displacement are determined by encoders. It is equipped with an automated data acquisition system, enabling the computer to control, store, measure, display, process, and print all test parameters and corresponding graphs.
