Asphalt Concrete Testing Equipment
CMTSE-100 Asphalt Concrete Universal Testing Machine
This test complies with DL/T 5362-2018, the Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete, and determines the axial compressive strength of asphalt concrete, along with the corresponding strain and the modulus of axial compressive deformation. It is applicable to laboratory‑molded specimens as well as core samples obtained in the field.
LQH-1 Asphalt Concrete Slope Flow and Stability Tester
The asphalt concrete slope flow and stability tester is used to determine the flow value and slope stability of asphalt concrete. It integrates flow‑value measurement and stability testing into a single device, offering versatile functionality. The instrument complies with the standard requirements specified in DL/T 5362, “Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete.” It is suitable for both laboratory‑molded specimens with a maximum aggregate size of no more than 26.5 mm and core samples obtained on site.
LQH-2 Dense-graded Asphalt Concrete Permeability Tester
In accordance with DL/T 5362, Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete (page 134, section 7.16), this method is used to determine the permeability coefficient and impermeability of asphalt concrete.
LQH-3 Open-Graded Asphalt Concrete Permeability Testing Apparatus
This instrument complies with DL/T 5362, the Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete, and is used to determine the permeability coefficient of asphalt concrete. It is suitable for pervious asphalt concrete applications such as the leveling binder course and drainage layer of pavement slabs.
LQH-4 Dense-graded Asphalt Concrete Pressurized Permeability Test
The determination of the permeability coefficient and impermeability of asphalt concrete complies with the pressurized permeability test requirements specified in DL/T 5362-2018 (page 141, clause 7.18). This method is applicable to core-wall asphalt concrete and panel‑type impermeable layer asphalt concrete.
LQH-5 Asphalt Concrete Field Permeability Tester
Complies with the DLT 5362 Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete. The air‑permeability meter is used for nondestructive testing of the permeability of asphalt concrete structures and is suitable for on‑site quality inspection of hydraulic asphalt concrete cutoff walls, impermeable facing panels, and asphalt pavement projects.
LQH-6 Asphalt Concrete Disc Tester
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Disc Test for Asphalt Concrete” specified in the “Test Procedures for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete” issued by the National Energy Administration. It is used to determine the central deflection and the deflection-to-span ratio of asphalt concrete under a specified water pressure, and is suitable for asphalt concrete used as the impermeable layer of pavement panels.
LQH-7 Asphalt Mixture Beam Flexural Testing Machine
The fully automatic low-temperature asphalt mixture beam bending tester is an integrated, multifunctional device that combines the main unit with microcomputer control in a single compact design. Featuring a dual-sensor configuration and compliant with the DL/T 5362 standard for hydraulic engineering asphalt concrete testing, it employs a servo‑controlled system capable of precisely regulating various loading rates. Its digital separation architecture includes a high‑speed sampling CPU dedicated to data acquisition, while supporting two-channel displacement sensor inputs for enhanced accuracy. Equipped with a touch‑screen industrial microcomputer control panel and comprehensive test software, the instrument can perform a wide range of unconventional material tests. It also supports PC communication, data storage, a USB host interface, and direct printer connectivity. Additionally, a temperature‑controlled chamber enables low‑temperature testing as required, with automatic temperature regulation and temperature fluctuations kept below 0.5°C.
