Description
Product Introduction:
This test complies with DL/T 5362-2018, the Test Procedure for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete, and determines the axial compressive strength of asphalt concrete, along with the corresponding strain and the modulus of axial compressive deformation. It is applicable to laboratory‑molded specimens and core samples obtained in the field.
Equipment Purpose: This machine is primarily used to conduct Marshall stability tests, beam bending tests, uniaxial compression tests, and splitting tensile tests on asphalt concrete materials, as well as to perform these tests and generate the corresponding data.
Product Features:
A high‑strength crossbar is used to secure the upper beam and the worktable, forming a highly rigid gantry frame. A servo motor drives the system, and a transmission mechanism moves the moving crossbeam vertically to carry out the testing and loading process. Two models are available, each with a dual‑space configuration. The mainframe is controlled and measured by the TJMTS‑1 all‑digital closed‑loop control system; a computer provides dynamic display of the test procedure and test curves, as well as data processing. After the test is completed, the curve can be magnified via the graphics‑processing module for further data analysis and editing.
