Description
Product Description:
The ZC20‑D digital mortar rebound hammer is used to determine the strength of mortar in masonry constructed with sintered common bricks or sintered porous bricks. In conventional mortar rebound hammers, the low stiffness of the impact spring makes the rebound value susceptible to pointer friction and the self‑weight of the slider. This instrument features an integrated direct‑transmission design that effectively eliminates issues such as abnormally low or fluctuating rebound values caused by indirect transmission, thereby significantly enhancing the stability of rebound readings. The improved level of automation substantially boosts the efficiency of rebound testing and reduces the workload of testing personnel. In accordance with relevant national and industry standards, this mortar rebound hammer is suitable for strength measurements within the 2–15 MPa range.
Product Features:
Built-in national and local testing standards; real-time display of rebound strength values at each measurement point; automatic calculation of test‑area strength and estimated component strength upon completion of sampling; compact, modular design for easy replacement of mechanical rebound hammers; integrated high‑capacity rechargeable lithium‑ion battery with long runtime; equipped with a large‑capacity memory capable of storing data from 999 components and 159,800 measurement points, with up to 50 test areas per component. After connecting to computer‑based data‑processing software via a data cable, the device can automatically import data, enabling rapid processing of test results and generation of test reports. Supports multiple report formats and allows for system upgrades; based on user feedback, our company will regularly update the system to continuously enhance the user experience.
