Product Introduction

Developed in accordance with the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” specifically T 0658‑2025, “Test for Demulsification Rate of Emulsified Asphalt,” this product also complies with national standards and relevant petrochemical industry specifications. The electric emulsified asphalt–aggregate mixing tester is designed to mix aggregates of specified gradation with emulsion at a temperature of 25°C ± 1°C, enabling assessment of the mixture’s condition and uniformity during blending. This method is also applicable to determining the demulsification index of cationic emulsified asphalt, thereby evaluating its demulsification rate and identifying its demulsification type. It conforms to the following standards: JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”; T 0658‑2025, “Test for Demulsification Performance of Emulsified Asphalt”; and the demulsification index for cationic emulsified asphalt.

Key Technical Features

1. The instrument is equipped with PLC-based automatic control. The stirring blades operate at a specified speed, and the mixing vessel reverses at 5 r/min.

2. Feeder: Equipped with an adjustable regulator that allows control of the feed rate, which is 0.35 g/s ± 0.10 g/s.

3. PLC automatic control system. Automatic mixing time and electric lifting.
