Product Introduction

Developed in accordance with the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” specifically T 0658‑2025, “Test for Demulsification Rate of Emulsified Asphalt,” this product also complies with national standards and relevant petrochemical industry specifications. The electric emulsified asphalt–mineral aggregate mixing tester is designed to mix mineral aggregates of specified gradation with emulsion at a temperature of 25°C ± 1°C, enabling evaluation of the state and uniformity of the mixture. This method is also applicable to determining the demulsification index of cationic emulsified asphalt, thereby assessing its demulsification rate and identifying its demulsification type. It conforms to the following standards: JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”; T 0658‑2025, “Test for Demulsification Performance of Emulsified Asphalt”; and the demulsification index for cationic emulsified asphalt. The emulsified asphalt demulsification rate test mixer consists of an electric motor and a continuous feeding system; the motor drives the stirring paddle to rotate, achieving thorough mixing and mass transfer (including dissolution, extraction, and absorption), while the feeding system delivers a fixed dose of material in a steady stream.
