LBT-1A33 Emulsified Asphalt High-Temperature Distillation Test Apparatus

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0632-2025, “Distillation Test for Liquid Petroleum Asphalt,” as outlined in the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG 3410-2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for determining the distillate content of liquid petroleum asphalt using the test method prescribed in T0632.

Name	Specifications and Description
Power supply	AC (220±10%) V, 50 Hz
Flask cover	Made of sheet metal with a black coating, it is fitted with a wooden handle; opposite the handle is a notch that allows the distillation flask’s side arm to pass through. The flask cover features a rectangular observation window, and the window frame is fitted with a transparent mica plate.
Distillation flask	Hard glass, resistant to temperatures exceeding 500°C. The bulb diameter is φ102 mm ± 2.0 mm, the neck diameter is 25 mm ± 1.2 mm, and the branch tube forms an angle of 75° ± 3° with the neck.
Thermometer	0℃~200℃, with a scale division of 1℃
Condenser and support bracket	The condenser consists of a glass tube with an outer diameter of 12.5 mm ± 0.5 mm and is supported by two brackets.
Heating thermostat	It consists of a heating electric furnace and a thyristor‑controlled temperature‑regulation circuit enclosure, with a power rating of 1000 W at 220 V, and an adjustable heating rate.
Graduated cylinder	The graduated cylinder has a capacity of 100 mL and is marked in 0.5-mL increments.
Guide catheter	Made of thick glass (approximately 1 mm), horn-shaped, with an angle of about 105°; the inner diameter at the larger end is 18 mm, and at the smaller end it is no less than 5 mm.

The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
