Product Introduction:
The asphalt mixture flexural performance testing system was developed in accordance with T0714‑2025, “Flexural Test for Asphalt Mixtures,” as specified in the “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering” (JTG 3410‑2025). It employs a stepper motor–reducer drive, is equipped with appropriate fixtures, and incorporates a data acquisition and control system, enabling the assessment of low‑temperature flexural‑tensile tests on asphalt mixture beams. The system comprises a main unit, associated fixtures, an X‑Y data acquisition module, and a microcomputer‑based data acquisition and processing system. Once the specimen is securely clamped, the entire test procedure can be automated via programmable control. This multifunctional apparatus for evaluating the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures integrates both a low‑temperature chamber and a low‑temperature flexural‑tensile testing device, making it an essential piece of equipment for upgrading quality‑testing facilities under the Ministry of Transport.
Structure:
The rotary compactor primarily consists of a reaction frame, a loading mechanism, a rotating base, force‑measurement and displacement‑measurement devices, a computer control system, and test molds. The figure illustrates the structural schematic of a rotary compactor that integrates electronic and mechanical technologies.
