Product Introduction:

This product is a specialized cutting machine developed and manufactured by our factory, drawing on advanced foreign technologies. It is designed for cutting prismatic beam specimens from wheel‑rolled asphalt mixture test specimens, intended for flexural testing of asphalt mixtures. The machine complies with the requirements for cutting prismatic specimens using a cutter as specified in Ministry of Transport Standard JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” and T0703‑2025, “Methods for Preparing Asphalt Mixture Specimens (Wheel‑Rolling Method).”

Product Features:

1. When cutting begins, the saw blade advances automatically; upon completion, it returns to its initial position.

2. Operators can select the most appropriate cutting speed based on the specific workpiece and production volume.

3. During the cutting of prismatic specimens, pneumatic fixtures controlled by the operator shall be used for fixation; for cylindrical specimens, manual clamps shall be employed for fixation.

4. A simple spacing device is installed at the specimen location, enabling the cutting of 250 mm‑wide, 30 mm‑high, and 35 mm‑deep beam specimens without prior measurement; other beam specimen dimensions are also compatible.

5. The cylindrical specimen fixture ensures that the specimen sustains minimal damage during cutting and remains securely clamped throughout the process.

6. By using PVC tubing to protect the cylindrical specimens, a more ideal cutting result can be achieved.

7. Equipped with an electronically controlled pneumatic system for adjusting the specimen position, it ensures a cutting length of 150 mm and perfectly parallel cut surfaces.

8. The system is compatible with cylindrical specimens 100 mm in diameter and can quickly and accurately cut specimens to a length of 100 mm.

9. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust-proof cover to prevent coolant and dust from splashing, and it comes with a silent air source.
