Product Introduction:

This system complies with the Ministry of Transport’s “Test Specifications for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering, JTG 3410‑2025,” specifically T0748‑2025, which outlines the low‑temperature performance test (TSRST method) for asphalt mixtures. It employs the constant‑rate cooling method—referred to as the TSRST method—to determine the fracture temperature and fracture strength of asphalt mixtures during uniform cooling, thereby evaluating their low‑temperature performance. The cooling rate is set at −10°C/h ± 1°C/h. The system was developed in accordance with the requirements of relevant research institutes and incorporates imported servo‑motor drive and control technology, advanced electronics, computer data‑processing capabilities, and refrigeration technology. By utilizing other fixtures manufactured by our company, it can also perform tests on other vertical loading mechanical parameters. The testing apparatus is driven by an imported servo motor that enables stepless speed regulation for both loading and unloading; sensor‑based data acquisition ensures precise measurement of test results. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer running under the Windows operating system. As a multifunctional domestic device for assessing the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures, it is well suited for research and production testing in scientific research institutions and educational establishments.
