Product Introduction:

Under saturated steam conditions, this apparatus raises the temperature and pressure to induce rapid hydration of most of the magnesium oxide in the cement. The volume stability of the cement paste is assessed by measuring the deformation of test specimens.

This equipment is primarily used in cement plants, research institutions, educational institutions at all levels, and construction‑related departments to conduct autoclave stability tests on cements with high magnesium oxide content, as well as to study steel slag cement, cement hydration, and other material‑testing applications requiring exposure to high‑temperature, high‑pressure saturated steam.

In accordance with GB/T 750-92, “Test Method for Autoclave Stability of Cement,” our company has developed and manufactured this equipment.

Product Features:

1. The equipment operates at a high pressure of 2.0 MPa, and to meet the requirements for long-term use, the entire reactor vessel is fabricated from high-quality stainless steel with increased wall thickness. In the laboratory, the vessel has successfully passed a pressure test at 4.0 MPa (while the test requirement was 2.0 MPa), ensuring reliable safety.

2. Fast heating rate, stabilizing to 2.0 MPa within 90 minutes.

3. Precise control: after maintaining constant pressure, pressure fluctuations do not exceed 0.1 MPa.

4. One-click calibration of temperature, pressure, and pressure correction for more accurate data.

5. 7-inch color touchscreen, with an intuitive and user-friendly HMI for simpler operation.

6. Temperature monitoring and alarm, as well as overheating timeout alarm, provide more user-friendly control.
