Product Introduction:
This instrument is suitable for determining the density of cement and is also applicable to the determination of the density of other powdered materials for which this method is specified.
Equipped with a high‑precision data acquisition circuit and employing a fuzzy PID control algorithm, the system achieves highly accurate and stable temperature regulation in the water bath, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C. Featuring a touch‑screen interface for display and operation, it includes two independent timers to indicate elapsed time; by inputting mass and volume, the instrument automatically calculates density to an accuracy of 0.01 g/cm³. The system can store up to 40 sets of measurement data, including serial number, ID, mass, volume, density, and temperature. A transparent water bath enables real‑time readings of the pycnometer directly within the thermostatic bath, eliminating the common drawback of traditional methods—where removing the pycnometer from the bath introduces uncontrollable temperature differentials. Furthermore, a proprietary pycnometer positioning mechanism, combined with an ingeniously designed structure, allows for convenient mounting and secure fixation of the pycnometer.
