Product Introduction:

This instrument is suitable for determining the density of cement and is also applicable to the determination of the density of other powdered materials for which this method is specified.

The instrument employs a high‑precision data acquisition circuit and a fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve highly accurate, stable temperature regulation in the water bath. Featuring a proprietary positioning system, it enables convenient and secure fixation of the Lee’s bottle, allowing for on‑line readings within the constant‑temperature bath. This eliminates the longstanding issue in conventional procedures—where removing the Lee’s bottle to take readings introduces an uncontrollable temperature gradient.
