This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for asphalt mixture mixing specified in the People’s Republic of China’s transportation industry standard JTG 3410-2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” and is suitable for mixing asphalt mixtures prior to specimen preparation. It also complies with the high‑temperature mixing requirements set forth in the “Technical Specification for Design and Construction of Steel Bridge Deck Pavements on Highways” (JTG/T 3364‑02‑2019).

Product Features:

1. This instrument employs microcomputer control technology, allowing users to set the mixing temperature arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 300°C and automatically perform PID regulation. It also features automatic control of mixing time, thereby achieving operational automation.
2. Equipped with phase-sequence protection to prevent mechanical damage caused by incorrect phase sequence.
