Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for asphalt mixers specified in T0702-2025, “Method for Preparing Asphalt Mixture Specimens (Compaction Method),” of the People’s Republic of China’s industry standard JTG 3410-2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It is suitable for mixing asphalt mixtures prior to specimen preparation in laboratory settings. With its compact size, it saves laboratory space and is easy to operate, making it an ideal choice for asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction organizations, as well as relevant colleges, universities, and research institutions engaged in asphalt mixture mixing.

Product Features:

1. This machine features automatic display and control of mixing time, automatic display and control of heating temperature, and an automatic stop function at the upper limit of the stirrer’s lifting position, among other functions.

2. This machine operates safely and reliably, featuring a fuse‑based overload protection system and thyristor control. Both the stirring and lifting mechanisms are equipped with “stop” switches, allowing for convenient halting during operation.

3. The machine features digital displays for both heating temperature and stirring time, providing clear, intuitive readings that facilitate monitoring and control.
