Product Introduction
The fully automatic concrete pressure bleeding tester comprises a control system, a hydraulic system, a concrete extrusion station, a transfer mechanism, a bleeding flow channel, a liquid-level measurement system, and a frame, among other components.
This device was developed in accordance with GB/T 50080, the Standard for Test Methods of Properties of Ordinary Concrete Mixtures. Conventional pressure‑water‑seepage meters suffer from several major drawbacks: difficulty in achieving stable pressurization and accurate readings on the pressure gauge; time‑dependent human reading errors and poor precision in measuring the liquid‑surface level; and challenging cleanup of concrete remaining in the cylinder after testing. Moreover, traditional testing methods are time‑consuming, labor‑intensive, and yield low accuracy. This new device addresses these issues by employing an automated pressure‑control sensor to precisely regulate pressure, a constant‑pressure system to maintain stable pressure, an automated timing mechanism, and an optimized disassembly and automatic cleaning system, thereby significantly enhancing both testing efficiency and accuracy.
