Description
Product Introduction
The hardened concrete bubble spacing coefficient analyzer (also known as a pore structure analyzer) integrates an automated camera scanning system into the test methods specified by concrete testing standards. Coupled with image‑processing software for analysis and calculation, it can determine key pore parameters, including air content, bubble spacing coefficient, pore size distribution, and the corresponding bubble frequency.
It is suitable for studies investigating the effects of air-entraining agents on concrete’s bubble‑characteristic parameters, the relationships between these parameters and mix proportions, as well as the correlations between the bubble spacing factor and freeze–thaw durability indicators.
Product Features:
The hardened concrete bubble spacing coefficient analyzer employs the linear method to measure various bubble parameters in hardened concrete. With robust operational performance, a user-friendly software interface, and straightforward operation, it delivers high testing accuracy and has earned widespread acclaim among domestic research institutions.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
