Description
Product Introduction
The concrete permeability coefficient tester is a device used to evaluate pervious cement‑concrete pavements. It is manufactured in accordance with the “CJJ/T 135 Technical Specification for Pervious Cement‑Concrete Pavements,” featuring a simple structure, low cost, ease of operation, and reduced testing expenses. This equipment is employed in the field of construction materials technology, particularly for measuring the permeability coefficient of pervious cement‑concrete pavements, and it utilizes recirculated deaerated water to enhance measurement accuracy. The concrete permeability coefficient tester comprises a water‑storage cylinder, a specimen‑connection sealing assembly, an overflow trough, a graduated cylinder, and other components. An overflow pipe is installed on the side wall at a specific height between the overflow trough and the water‑storage cylinder, while a detachable specimen‑connection sealing assembly is mounted at the bottom of the water‑storage cylinder, facilitating easy installation and removal of test specimens.
Technical Specifications:
Inner diameter of the water storage cylinder: 100 mm,
Water tank height: 220 mm,
Applicable specimen dimensions: diameter 100 mm × height 50 mm (CJJ/T135)

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
