Used for leveling the end faces of concrete core samples during the core‑drilling method for determining concrete compressive strength.

Product Features:

This product ensures that, after core‑patching, the core specimen meets the requirements of the “Technical Specification for Concrete Compressive Strength Testing by Core Drilling” in terms of verticality and surface flatness, maintains parallel end faces, and enhances patching efficiency. It overcomes the challenges associated with achieving satisfactory flatness and verticality when patching high‑strength, small‑diameter concrete cores, thereby improving the accuracy of compressive strength testing using the core‑drilling method. The product also boasts a compact size and ease of operation.

Technical Specifications:

1. The perpendicularity deviation between the inner wall of the clamp opening and the upper pressure plate and lower base plate shall not exceed 30°.

2. The flatness of the upper platen and lower base plate shall not exceed 0.1 mm over a 100 mm length.

3. The flatness of the inner wall of the clamp opening shall not exceed 0.1 mm over a length of 100 mm.

4. The upper platen and the lower base plate are parallel.
