Product Introduction
This equipment complies with the requirements of ASTM C1202 and NTB uild492 standards and is suitable for vacuum saturation and salt‑water saturation of concrete specimens used in chloride ion permeability tests, as well as for determining the vacuum water absorption rate of ceramics. The vacuum pressure vessel is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the control unit is a fully Chinese‑language LCD microcomputer controller developed in‑house. It features real‑time display in Chinese, fully automatic intelligent control throughout the process—including automatic vacuum pumping, pressurization, water filling, venting—and an automatic buzzer alarm at the end of the test. The vacuum pump boasts high efficiency, low noise, large displacement, and deep vacuum levels, along with a dual oil‑backflow prevention design for enhanced safety and reliability. A high‑precision electronic negative‑pressure sensor provides accurate readings, complemented by a mechanical vacuum gauge for convenient on‑site measurement and calibration. Additional functions such as automatic water‑level detection, fault diagnosis, and alarm notifications are also included. This system is ideal for vacuum saturation and salt‑water saturation of concrete specimens in chloride ion permeability testing, as well as for measuring the vacuum water absorption rate of ceramic materials.
