The core‑sample cutting‑and‑grinding all‑in‑one machine is an integrated specimen‑preparation device specifically designed for testing concrete, rock, and other construction materials. It combines cutting with dual‑wheel end‑face grinding in a single unit, enabling you to produce standard cylindrical test specimens—from raw core samples to finished cylinders suitable for compressive strength, flexural strength, and durability tests—using just one clamping operation. This eliminates the need for secondary transfers, significantly boosting efficiency while ensuring high specimen accuracy. The machine features a fully enclosed design, low noise levels (<80 dB), and variable‑frequency speed control. Its main motor typically delivers 3–4 kW of power, providing ample drive during simultaneous dual‑blade cutting to prevent jamming or excessive blade wear. Recommended cutting‑blade peripheral speeds are 33–45 m/s, and the grinding power heads each deliver 1.1 kW at 2,800 rpm. Equipped with diamond cutting blades measuring Φ400 × 3.8 × 50 mm, it can process square blanks and cylindrical specimens up to 150 mm in diameter, making it ideal for standard concrete core samples and rock cores.
