Description
Product Introduction:
This testing machine is specifically designed to determine the torque coefficient of high-strength steel bolts. Throughout the entire testing process, only bolt installation and removal require manual intervention; all other steps are performed automatically.
The product complies with Q/32011JCD01-2005 “Technical Specifications for Automatic High-Strength Bolt Testing Instruments,” as well as relevant standards for high-strength large hexagonal bolted connections in steel structures, including GB/T 1231-2024, GB/T 1229-2006, GB/T 1230-2006, and GB/T 3633-1995.
This testing instrument can measure, display, and print the axial force and torque (or torque coefficient) of large hexagonal high-strength bolted connections (M12–M36) and torsional-shear high-strength bolted connections (M16–M30).
It enables automatic tightening, loosening, and resetting of high-strength bolts, featuring a high degree of automation and convenient, rapid operation. The LCD display shows parameters such as axial force, torque, and torque coefficient, and can automatically calculate and output the standard deviation and coefficient of variation. It also includes data storage and retrieval functions, and the built-in printer on the controller allows for printed output.
This testing machine features a well‑thought‑out design: a gear‑rack drive mechanism enables smooth sliding of the tailstock, ensuring stable operation, effortless handling, and precise control. The working area is equipped with a transparent protective guard that prevents specimen fragments from flying out during testing, thereby safeguarding operator safety.
Technical Specifications:
● Axial force measurement range: 10–500 kN
● Torque measurement range: 50–2000 (Nm)
● Resolution: ±0.1 (kN), ±1.0 (kN)
●Indication error: ±1% (kN), ±1% (kN)
● Display mode: Computer monitor
● Peak values of axial force and torque are maintained.
● Can store 420 sets of data, with long-term retention and on-demand retrieval.
※Each set of test data includes the test date, test number, the model, grade, and specification of the high-strength bolts, as well as the N measured axial forces and torques, along with the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation.
