Product Introduction:

This machine is primarily used to determine the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loading, thereby enabling an assessment of their behavior under such conditions.

This machine is a microcomputer‑controlled, screen‑displayed semi‑automatic impact testing apparatus. It features electric pendulum raising, impact testing, and microcomputer‑based measurement, calculation, and on‑screen display of results, with the capability to print test data. It offers high operational efficiency and excellent testing accuracy. After an impact test, the remaining energy automatically raises the pendulum, preparing the machine for the next test; operation is simple and highly efficient. Its advantages are particularly evident in laboratories conducting continuous impact tests, as well as in industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that perform large volumes of impact testing. The computer can calculate and display, in digital form, the material’s impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum lift angle, and the average test values, and it can print both the individual test data and the test averages.

Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3808-2018 (Verification of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines), ISO 148‑2 (Metallic Materials — Charpy Pendulum Impact Test — Part 2: Verification of Testing Machines), and ASTM E23, and compliant with GB/T 229‑2020 (Metallic Materials — Charpy Notched Impact Test Method), ISO 148 (Metallic Materials — Charpy Pendulum Impact Test), and JJG 145‑2007 (Verification Procedure for Pendulum Impact Testing Machines).
