Structure and Operating Principle
This equipment comprises a compressor-based refrigeration system, a heating unit, a temperature control system, a cooling tank, a stirring system, and an automatic timing and alarm device, among other components.
Once the “Refrigeration” switch is activated and all compressors have started, the refrigeration system enters its normal operating state. The refrigeration compressor runs continuously; when the temperature approaches the setpoint, the temperature controller, using an intelligent PID algorithm, regulates the heater to offset the excess cooling capacity generated by the refrigeration system, thereby maintaining a constant temperature. Agitation ensures continuous circulation of the cooling medium within the cooling tank, resulting in uniform and consistent temperature distribution.
