Product Introduction:
The magnetic particle flaw detector features a compact structure, well‑thought‑out layout, small footprint, light weight, and convenient portability. It can be powered directly from an AC outlet or optionally equipped with either an AC magnetizing power supply (AC battery pack) or a DC magnetizing power supply (DC battery pack), offering high efficiency and ease of use. It is ideally suited for inspecting hull welds, high‑altitude steel‑structure welds, and internal inspections of pressure vessels. This instrument is applicable to ferromagnetic materials in various steel structural components across industries such as power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and machinery, enabling magnetic particle testing of surface and near‑surface defects in boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, hull welds, and other welded structures.
