The automatic turret-type microhardness tester is an opto‑mechatronic integrated instrument. Featuring a modern design, it offers excellent reliability, ease of operation, and high repeatability, making it an ideal choice for microhardness testing. The device employs a C‑language control program, a high‑magnification optical measurement system, and a dual‑channel optical configuration, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and photodiode sensing. Operation is via pushbuttons: users can input the length of the indentation directly on the keypad, while the LCD display shows the hardness value, conversion scale, test force, dwell time, and number of measurements.

Key functions and features:
1. The optical system designed by the optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.
2. The industrial display screen provides a clear, intuitive visualization of hardness values, conversion factors, test methods, test forces, dwell times, number of measurements, and the entire testing process.
3. The aluminum die-cast housing is formed in a single step, ensuring a stable, deformation‑free structure. Its high‑grade pure white automotive paint offers excellent scratch resistance, keeping it looking as good as new even after years of use.
