Product Introduction:

The digital-display automatic turret-type micro‑Vickers hardness tester is a high‑tech, opto‑mechatronic integrated product. It features a closed-loop load control system, delivering high test force accuracy and excellent repeatability and stability of readings. Equipped with a state‑of‑the‑art high‑resolution display, it offers intuitive, clear visualization and user‑friendly operation, along with an energy‑saving mode. A digital micrometer eyepiece eliminates the need to consult tables or manually enter indenter diagonal measurements; the instrument directly displays on-screen the test force, indenter length, dwell time, number of measurements, scale conversion, and date/time. During testing, simply measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate and show the hardness value on the screen. Hardness test results are saved in real time and can be printed, with automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, and average values.

Key functions and features:
1. The optical system designed by the optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.

2. The industrial LCD display, with its large screen, can show the test method, test force, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, and number of measurements; it also allows users to enter the year, month, and date, as well as display test results and perform data processing.

3. The aluminum die-cast housing is formed in a single step, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation. It features high‑grade automotive paint that offers excellent scratch resistance, remaining as bright and new even after years of use.

5. The CHVS-2000Z model can directly measure length and determine the hardness value accordingly.
