With automatic application and removal of test force, it supports hardness testing across the full range of Rockwell scales. The measuring unit employs a grating sensor, with hardness values displayed directly on the LCD screen, and enables automatic conversion among various hardness parameters. When testing cylindrical specimens, it can automatically apply correction factors. A built-in printer allows for easy retrieval of test results. This device achieves fully automated operation, eliminating human error in handling and reading measurements. Additionally, it is equipped with an emergency stop mechanism.
