Description
Product Introduction:
The Longmen Brinell hardness tester incorporates advanced design principles and integrates cutting-edge technologies from today’s hardness‑testing field across all mechanical and electrical components. It delivers highly accurate measurement results, exhibits excellent repeatability, features a high degree of automation, reduces operator workload, minimizes human error, and boasts an elegant appearance. As one of the most advanced Brinell hardness testers available in China, it can fully replace comparable imported products.
This hardness tester can be used to measure cast iron, nonferrous metals, various materials after annealing or quenching and tempering, as well as most steels supplied in the as‑delivered condition. It is also well suited for testing softer metals such as pure aluminum, copper, lead, tin, zinc, and their alloys. The Brinell hardness test offers high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and good representativeness, making it an indispensable instrument for hardness measurement in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, and metrology departments.
The accuracy complies with GB/T 231.2, ISO 6506-2, and the American ASTM E10.
Scope of application:
This hardness tester is suitable for measuring the hardness of large automotive components, oxygen cylinders, cast iron, nonferrous metals, and various steels after annealing or quenching and tempering—materials that are commonly supplied from the factory. It is also well suited for testing softer metals such as pure aluminum, copper, and alloys of lead, tin, and zinc. The Brinell hardness test offers high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and good representativeness, making it an indispensable instrument for hardness measurement in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, and metrology departments.

Software Feature Overview (optional):
1. Automatic measurement: Automatically captures the indentation, measures its diameter, and calculates the corresponding Brinell hardness.
2. Manual Measurement: Supports manual tangent measurement and manual three-point measurement.
3. Equipment Control: (Optional) Supports one-touch initiation of hardness tester loading/unloading and turret homing, as well as automated measurements; enables independent control of the hardness tester stage’s vertical movement, turret positioning, and convenient slide‑type dimming.
4. Administrator Mode: The system supports the creation of any number of user accounts. The sole administrator account can grant or revoke permissions for regular users to modify test results and calibration parameters, and can monitor the login activity and operational status of regular accounts. This helps reduce the risk of data corruption caused by accidental misoperations, ensures the authenticity and validity of test results, and facilitates management and maintenance by the user departments.
5. Hardness Value Conversion and Validity Verification: The system can convert the measured Brinell hardness value HB into other hardness values, such as HV, HR, and others.
6. Data Statistics: The system automatically calculates statistical metrics such as the average hardness value, repeatability error, and variance.
7. Over‑range alarm: Automatically flags abnormal values, and triggers an automatic alarm when the hardness exceeds the specified limit.
8. Test Reports: Automatically generate reports in formats such as Excel, PDF, and CSV; report templates are customizable.
9. Free Layout: In the software interface, each window can be freely resized and repositioned, and can be shown or hidden as needed, allowing users to customize the window layout according to their preferences.
10. Data Storage: Measurement images can be saved to documents, and measurement results can be stored permanently.
11. Other functions: image capture, length‑based calibration, hardness‑based calibration, hardness curve plotting, multi‑condition filtering of test results, customizable display of content and font size in selected windows, log prompts, and more.
