Description
Product Overview
The HBRV‑187.5 Brinell‑Rockwell‑Vickers hardness tester is a versatile, multi‑purpose instrument that supports three testing methods—Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers—and offers seven levels of test force, meeting users’ diverse hardness‑testing requirements. After manually applying the initial test force, the application, holding, and removal of the total test force are performed automatically.
Key features:
1. The optical system not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope; its brightness is adjustable, providing comfortable viewing and reducing eye strain during prolonged use.
2. Equipped with Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers testing methods and seven levels of test force, it can meet a wide range of hardness‑testing requirements.
3. The cast housing features a one-piece, integral structure that remains stable and deformation‑free; its pure white automotive baked finish exudes high quality, offers excellent scratch resistance, and retains a like‑new shine even after years of use.
4. The machine is eligible for lifetime replacement of parts and maintenance/upgrade services.
Main uses and scope of application:
1. Determination of Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness for ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and cemented carbides:
2. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, nonferrous metals, and soft alloys;
3. Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenched and tempered steels;
4. Vickers hardness of nitrided layers, ceramics, thin sheets, metal foils, electroplated coatings, and miniature components;

The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
