Product Introduction:

The recirculating precision diamond wire saw is an ideal tool for cutting materials that are fragile, brittle, or of small dimensions. Diamond‑embedded wire saws are particularly well suited for non‑destructive slicing of various crystals and substrates, such as magnesium oxide crystals, shale slices, and honeycomb ceramics (used as automotive exhaust‑treatment carriers—thin‑walled and easily breakable).

　　The machine’s worktable can rotate 360° in the horizontal plane and tilt ±15° along the Y-axis, and it is equipped with a cross‑type fixture (90° positioning module). In addition, a cutting‑line tension adjustment mechanism is provided to ensure precise cutting.
