Description

Product Introduction:

This product contains carefully selected polycrystalline diamond and a specialized abrasive medium, designed for grinding and polishing a wide range of materials, including metals, ceramics, composite materials, glass, and gemstones. It is particularly well suited for metallographic grinding and polishing. Moreover, this product is free of any chlorofluorocarbons, is environmentally friendly, and qualifies as an eco‑friendly product.

Instructions for use:

　　1. Before use, thoroughly wet the polishing cloth with clean water to prevent friction‑induced heat.

　　2. After starting the polishing pad, gently shake the polishing compound and then invert the container to dispense it.

　　3. When applying the polishing compound, start at the center of the polishing pad and spray radially for 3–5 seconds.

　　4. The spraying time for the new fabric is correspondingly extended to optimize its abrasive performance.

　　Recommended for use with: our company’s metallographic polishing lubricant–coolant, which delivers excellent polishing results on samples.

Precautions for Use:

　　1. Highly flammable

　　2. Stay away from all types of sources of supply, and do not smoke.

　　3. This product is packaged under pressure; do not expose it to temperatures exceeding 50°C or direct sunlight.

　　4. Regardless of whether the container is empty or not, it must not be damaged or incinerated.

　　5. Do not spray this product onto open flames or hot objects.
