Description
Product Introduction:
Optical metallographic microscopes are used to identify and analyze the microstructures of various metallic, alloy, and non-metallic materials. They are widely employed in factories and laboratories for raw-material inspection, cast‑part quality assessment, and post‑treatment microstructural analysis, as well as for investigating surface phenomena such as cracks and coatings. These instruments are indispensable for metallographic analysis of steels, non‑ferrous metals, castings, and platings; for petrographic analysis in geology; and for microscopic studies of compounds and ceramics in industrial applications. They are essential tools for researching material microstructures in metallurgy and materials science, and serve as valuable assistants in both research and education.
Product Features:
◇The instrument is equipped with a CCD imaging system that enables real-time acquisition of metallographic images, facilitating on-site observation, comparison, and analytical studies by multiple users, as well as calibration, grading, and magnification‑specific printing.
◇The image can be subjected to various processing, editing, saving, and output operations (such as printing) by a computer, or integrated into multimedia systems and electronic mailboxes.
◇The system is also equipped with specialized quantitative metallographic image analysis software, enabling real-time measurement, grading (in compliance with national standards and other relevant industry specifications), analysis, statistical processing, and the generation of illustrated reports for acquired sample images.
◇The system features a scientifically sound configuration and user-friendly operation, making it widely applicable in industrial and mining enterprises, quality inspection agencies, research institutions, and educational establishments.
