The Lbt-50S precision metallographic specimen cutting machine employs advanced brushless DC motor control technology, featuring a compact design, reliable operation, and strong anti‑interference performance. It is suitable for precise cutting of various materials, particularly high‑value brittle synthetic crystals. The equipment comes standard with a single‑clamp fixture and five specialized fixtures, enabling workpieces to be positioned at optimal angles for cutting. Equipped with limit switches, it supports unattended operation. The spindle offers high rotational accuracy, a wide speed‑adjustment range, and fine‑tuned horizontal feed control, with automatic shutdown upon completion of the cut. An optional platform attachment is also available for flat‑push cutting.
