The LbQ-350SY touchscreen‑controlled automatic metallographic and petrographic concrete cutting machine is equipped with PLC and a touchscreen for operation. This cutter can handle circular specimens up to 80 mm in diameter as well as rectangular samples up to 80 mm in height and 300 mm in width. The entire unit features a fully enclosed design, with an oversized observation window on the cutting chamber’s safety guard, allowing users to monitor the specimen‑cutting process from start to finish. It includes an LED illumination system that provides effective lighting throughout the cutting chamber and a recirculating cooling system that ensures the cut surface remains bright, smooth, and free of thermal damage. The machine is suitable for cutting specimens made of various metallic and non‑metallic materials, facilitating the examination of their metallographic and petrographic microstructures.
