Product Introduction:
The purpose of this machine is to achieve the required surface finish for testing by subjecting the specimen to high-frequency vibration, which induces a minute abrasive‑polishing action. This machining method minimizes specimen wear and operates as a slow‑speed process. The machine is equipped with fixtures that can hold specimens of various sizes and shapes, and its vibration amplitude can be adjusted according to the specimen’s weight, enabling different polishing outcomes.
Vibratory polishing is widely used for the preparatory sample preparation prior to EBSD (backscattered electron diffraction), AFM (atomic force microscopy), SEM (scanning electron microscopy) analyses, and nanoindentation or microhardness testing.

7. Featuring low-noise operation and a polished‑time timer setting, it can run unattended.

Operation Interface Display
l Formula Number displays the sequence number of the configured formula. The system can store up to 100 formulas. Clicking in the editable area brings up a numeric input box, allowing you to enter a sequence number within the range of 0–99.
l Vibration Duration: Sets the duration of the test. Click the editable field to bring up the English keyboard, where you can enter the time. Range: 1–9,999 minutes. Remaining Time: Displays the remaining test time; this field is read-only.
l Vibration Intensity: Sets the amplitude of the displayed vibration. Click the editable area to bring up the numeric keypad, where you can enter the amplitude value.
Range: 0–99%.
l Vibration Frequency: Sets the frequency of the vibration display. Click the editable area to bring up the numeric keypad, where you can enter the frequency.
Range: 30–200 Hz.
