The HEP-60V metallographic sample electrolytic polishing and etching preparation instrument is a comprehensive device that integrates electrolytic polishing and etching functions for preparing metallographic specimens. By leveraging electrochemical principles, this equipment eliminates the deformation layer typically introduced by mechanical polishing.

1. Control and display are implemented via a touch screen.

2. It can output DC (0–60 V / 0–20 A), with a wide voltage and current range, and can simultaneously meet the polishing and etching requirements of various materials (current and voltage values are customizable).
