The P‑1B metallographic grinder‑polisher employs a variable‑frequency drive, enabling stepless speed regulation of the grinding/polishing disc within the range of 100–1500 r/min. By switching between abrasive sandpapers and polishing cloths, both grinding and polishing can be performed, offering broad versatility. The housing is integrally molded by vacuum forming, presenting a modern aesthetic, while delivering smooth rotation, low noise, convenient operation, and high productivity. Equipped with a built‑in cooling system, it can cool the specimen during grinding and polishing, preventing overheating that might compromise the microstructure. This equipment is ideally suited for metallographic laboratories in factories, colleges, and research institutions, making it an outstanding choice for specimen grinding and polishing.
