Description
Product Introduction:
In the preparation of metallographic specimens, grinding and polishing are essential steps; after these processes, the specimen achieves a mirror‑like, highly polished surface. The MP‑2T metallographic specimen grinder/polisher features a touch screen that enables stepless speed adjustment of the grinding and polishing disc between 50 and 1,000 r/min. By switching between metallographic sandpapers and polishing cloths, both grinding and polishing can be performed, offering broad versatility. The housing is integrally molded by vacuum forming, giving it a modern appearance, while the machine boasts smooth rotation, low noise, user‑friendly operation, and high productivity. It also incorporates a built‑in cooling system that cools the specimen during grinding and polishing, preventing overheating that could damage the microstructure.
Product Features:
1. The housing is integrally molded from ABS, featuring a modern, sophisticated, and premium appearance.
2. The faucet is crafted from solid brass with a chrome-plated finish, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
3. Equipped with an automatic cleaning function, it can automatically clean the sludge collection tank, keeping it consistently clean (optional).
4. Brushless DC motor, smooth operation, low noise, and long service life (optional)
5. Stepless speed control with eight fixed-speed settings, offering convenience and speed to meet a variety of needs.
6. Countdown function: time can be set arbitrarily, and the machine will stop when the preset time is reached. (Optional)
7. The polishing disc can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise to meet different requirements.
8. The dual‑disc design further enhances sample preparation efficiency.

With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
